I recently blogged about the gold band I had made (a super idea from Nancy) to honor my wonderful mother. The ring was uniquely created in that I dug through my jewelry box and fished out my monogrammed, badly mangled baby ring. After picking out a plain gold 2mm wedding band, I had a local jeweler solder the baby ring to the band. The final step was to have Mom's name engraved on the inside of the band. Beautiful! I am so pleased.
