All's Fair

We did it up in a big way as we took the Sonoma County Fair by storm. Our first stop was, of course, the rides

Getting to the fair shortly after the gates opened was a wise decision as it was not until afternoon that the lines grew, involving lengthy waits.

We sprung for the pricey admission deal that allowed us unlimited rides, another wise decision and a money $aver in the long run.

The most unusual ride of the day was named "Walking on Water" and involved the boys being placed inside giant plastic bubbles that rolled around a large pool. Walking was pretty near impossible, as you can see from the picture. And  yet no one got wet!

Great day!

  1. Looks like so much fun...especially the 'Walking on Water' ride. I've never seen anything like that : )

  2. Great idea with the pricey passes! ha. We did that for our train day and it paid off well. The rides look fun..especially that bubble one! wow!

  3. It's always fun to go to a fair. Hope the admission prices don't get more expensive. :)

  4. So much fun, I don't think I have ever been in one.

  5. I'd love trying the "Walking on Water" ride! Never seen one before. Fun Day!
